Search made easy

Get more results and easily find what you’re looking for

We updated our platform search functionality for top-level products to make it easier for you to find what you’re looking for. You can now be less specific with what you’re searching for and see a number of relevant results. You can also search for exact words and phrases for a more precise search.

Here’s a look at how our new search functionality works.

A wildcard search on every word
Looking for a specific queue but can’t remember its exact name? No problem. Put the words into the search bar that you do recall and we’ll show you relevant results. For example, the words Nicole + queue will recall all queues that contain those words, helping you find the one you’re looking for. Results could include “Nicole’s test queue” or “Nicole’s 2019 outbound.” Just leave out any quotation marks when searching and you’ll see a number of relevant results.

search-a

Search on exact phrases
Know the exact name of a queue or agent you’re looking for? Put the words in single or double quotations and you’ll only see results that have those exact words in that exact order, getting you the result you’re looking for quicker.

search-2-3

Single word search
This search functionality comes in hand when you have many items with very similar names, and you want to search for a specific one. For example, if you wanted to search for queue “ABC123 - Overhead” and had other queues named “ABC1234 - Chicago”, and “ABC1235 - New York,” then you could search for “ABC123” to get only the first queue.

search-4-5

Search special characters and ignore casing
Search on a number of special characters including slashes, ampersands, and many more often found in queue and campaign names. Capital or lowercase letters in your search words won’t affect the search, so users can input search criteria freely and the search will return all relevant results, regardless of casing.

Our new search functionality applies to the following top-level products:

  • Scripting
  • Inbound
  • Outbound
  • Chats
  • Cloud profile
  • Cloud destinations
  • Agents
  • IVR
  • Accounts
  • Web services
  • Tracking
